Business helpWhat does it cost?
Listing is free, with no monthly fee. When you check a customer in, GetGbam takes 10% of the booking's price from the deposit. A no-show or a late cancellation carries no fee, so the whole deposit is yours.
Do I need to be CAC registered?
No. We check the owner's ID (NIN, driver's licence or passport) and that your bank account is in the same name. A CAC certificate is optional.
Can my staff go to customers' homes?
Yes. Mark the services you take to homes and pick the areas you cover. Any travel fee is part of the total, so the deposit covers half of it. Whoever goes scans the customer's QR code when they arrive.
What if I need to cancel a booking?
You can, at any time, and the customer gets their whole deposit back with a text. If it's only the time that doesn't work, move the booking instead and keep it.
Can I take walk-ins and phone bookings?
Yes. Use Add a booking. The customer gets a link to pay their deposit, and the booking waits for it like any other.
