Check where it went, give it a minute, then ask for a new one.

- Check the number or email on the screen. If it’s wrong, go back and type it again.
- Look in the right place. A Nigerian number gets a text from GetGbam. Anything else gets an email: check your spam folder too.
- Give it a minute. Texts can be slow on busy networks.
- Choose Send a new code once the countdown ends.
Only the newest code works. If you type a wrong code too many times, ask for a new one.
Not from Nigeria? We can only text Nigerian numbers for now. Choose Use your email instead, and your code and booking updates come by email.
If codes still don’t arrive, contact us with the number or email you’re using.
