GetGbam doesn’t use passwords. You give us your phone number or email, we send a six-digit code, and you type it in.
Customers
- A Nigerian number gets the code by text.
- Any other number, or no phone at all: choose Use your email instead, and the code comes by email.
Before we send it, there’s a quick check that you’re a person. It usually passes on its own.
A number or email we know signs you straight in. A new one goes on to Set up your account, where you add your name and email.
When you book
Checking the code when you book also signs you in, so Your bookings works straight after.
Businesses
Businesses sign in with their work email. The email has a six-digit code to type, and a link that signs you in on that device.
