Add a booking yourself, and the customer gets a link to pay their deposit.

Choose Add a booking for a walk-in or a phone call. Add the customer’s name and number, the service, the time and who they’re with.
The booking waits for its deposit like any other, and holds the time for 30 minutes. The customer gets a link to pay it. They don’t need to sign in: the link opens their booking and the payment page.
On the unpaid booking you’ll see the link with Send on WhatsApp, Text the link again and Copy. If the deposit isn’t paid in 30 minutes, the time is let go and nothing is charged.
